About Kristen Connors

I’ve been passionate about real estate since I negotiated my first house in a private sale, in Boston, MA 2005. Since, I’ve been involved in numerous real estate investments and consulted others through the sometimes-complicated process of buying a home. For over 20 years, I’ve worked within the credit and mortgage industry, which has provided me valuable experience regarding the intricacies of the mortgage markets and the integral role of the Consumer credit score as it aligns to mortgage lending, the backbone to home-buying for most people.

I enjoy showing homes and helping my clients to visualize space by imagining new designs and décor. Markets vary from city to city, and I feel it’s important to work with agents who truly understand market trends for that specific area. I hold both a Massachusetts and Connecticut real estate license, (a Realtor in CT). I am extremely familiar with the markets in Boston/North shore/south shore and Cape Cod, as well as Central CT and Litchfield County.

I operated a small rental business on Cape Cod for 4 years managing summer rentals and obtained my MA license in 2017 then selling my own Cape Cod house in 2023. I am currently operating as a landlord for a real estate investment I negotiatedin East Boston, MA in 2021. I am a seasoned negotiator, working for many years with different types of contracts and have exceeded personal and business goals throughout my life.

Buying or selling a home is an extremely important event and the largest financial transaction we encounter. Listening to and understanding client goals, while helping to find the right spacefor them, is incredibly important to me.  I am confident that with my financial background, coupled with my passion to meet and exceed our clients’ real estate needs, will help pave a smoother path through the entire lifecycle.
